Shipping Policy & Information
Orders must be received by 3pm CST to be processed the same business day. All orders received after 3pm CST will process the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Granddaddy's Hot Sauce offers shipping of all hot sauces within the US and Internationally. Shipping costs are calculated when you enter your shipping address and choose your shipping method during checkout. Shipping charges are calculated via real-time using published FEDEX and USPS rates based upon exact weight, size, and exact destination zip code.
Please note that we do not send out partial orders. If an item you ordered is on back order, you will receive an email promptly outlining which item(s) are on back order and offer substitution options. You may also choose to have your order held until fresh inventory arrives back so your order may ship complete.
If you receive your package and it does not contain all the products you ordered, please contact us immediately so we may investigate which items are missing.
Lost or stolen shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may deliver to mail-room employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel. Upon acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to have your order shipped to multiple locations, please contact one of our friendly customer service agents via phone. Shipping to multiple locations will incur additional shipping charges.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Granddaddy's Hot Sauce is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to provide the most accurate up-to-date e-mail, billing, and shipping information. Please enter your address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors. Orders which are re-routed to a different address (for any reason) may incur additional shipping charges.
Time to receive your order
Unless otherwise mentioned in an items description, items usually ship from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing your order. Your tracking number will be entered into our online Tracking System before every order is shipped. All mail tracking information is accessible through your customer account and is also emailed to you.
Real Time FEDEX and USPS Rates Shipping for Continental U.S. Orders
Real time FEDEX and USPS rates will be calculated and applied to your order during your checkout. The FEDEX and USPS Real Time calculator can calculate any shipping rate based on zip code and address. For FEDEX orders, In-Transit times by days can be calculated using the FEDEX Shipping Zone Map located below.
If the shipping cost is not calculated by the system, we will send you an email to inform you of your costs before charging you so that you may consent to them before proceeding. Additional transit times of 2 to 5 business days may apply to packages sent to remote Yellow(6 day) and Blue(7 day) zoned six regions.
Shipping Bulk Pallet Orders
Orders of 25 cases or more are available for shipping via Freight-Trucking Shipping. Alternate trucking options are also available. Delivery arrangements will be made when the carrier contacts you at the appropriate phone numbers you provided on your order form.
