-1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
-1 cup of long-grain white rice
-1 can of diced tomatoes, drained
-1 cup of chicken broth
-1/2 cup of diced onion (green, white or both)
-1/2 cup of diced green bell pepper
-1/4 cup of Granddaddy's secret sauce
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
