- 1.5 lbs organic filet mignon, cubed
- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 4 organic potatoes, diced
- 3 organic carrots, sliced
- 2 organic celery stalks, chopped
- 1 organic yellow onion, diced
- 1 cup organic mushrooms, sliced
- 4 organic green onions, chopped
- 4 cups organic beef broth
- 1 tsp organic dried thyme
- 1 tsp organic dried rosemary
- 1 tsp organic dried oregano

1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
